Fuck me this record is FUN. Chilean born, Germany-residing family man Villalobos comes through with percussion for days, son. Rhythms sliding into the fat folds of other rhythms, which then invert succulently into slimey skeletal frames… we’re left with no lipids at all for an uneven number of bars, just bare bones skittering that makes me want to nod my head until my vertebrae collapse like some fucked game of Jenga.
